3 Weeks Pregnant Symptoms

Did you just take a pregnancy test to find out that you’re pregnant?  If so, congratulations!  So much must be going through your head right now!  You’re going to be a mother of a child that will be coming just nine months!  It is a long road ahead, and there is a lot of advice and tips you may want to hear and consider.  If you’d like to find out what your journey is going to be like, here are some of the best-selling pregnancy books on the market!

In the meantime, let me discuss what your pregnancy symptoms will be like for being 3 weeks pregnant:

  • Spotting (a small amount of pink or brownish blood.)
  • Lower abdominal cramps.
  • A positive blood hcG pregnancy test.
  • A positive at home pregnancy test.
  • A missed period.
  • Nausea.

At three weeks pregnant not much is going on.  Some women may find that they can’t even tell they’re pregnant yet.  Also, others may find that a test won’t even be able to read it that early.  It takes time to find out that you’re pregnant because your body needs to have higher levels of HcG.  When it’s higher, at home tests can read it much more clearer and your answer to whether or not you’re pregnant can be determined.

Some women can tell they have symptoms right away.  If you’re one of them, and you think you’re pregnant, you may have some of the symptoms listed above.  For about the first three months women often feel tired and kind of sluggish.  There body is going through some big changes in preparing for the pregnancy therefore there body is out of wack.  If you do find that you’re pregnant for sure, be sure to set up an appointment with your OB/GYN.  A safe and healthy pregnancy can sometimes lie in the hands of experts!
