4 Weeks Pregnant Symptoms

Congratulations on your pregnancy!  You most likely found out just a few days ago that you were pregnant.  It takes some time for you body to realize it, and to boost the HCg levels in your urine (which is was detects a positive pregnancy test.)

Although you’re not too far along, you’ve got one month down.  At 4 weeks, you will start to feel the common symptoms of early pregnancy.  Listed below are a few of the things you may be going through and feeling.

4 Weeks Pregnant Symptoms:

  • The most common symptom of all pregnancies is fatigue.  Your body will go through several changes and since it’s working so much harder than usual, it is common for your body to be tired.
  • It is also very common to confuse these early pregnancy symptoms with your period.  Most women think it’s just right around the corner, until it never comes.
  • You may feel cramping which compares to menstrual cramping.
  • Nausea is also very common during early pregnancy.

It is important to recognize that you’re pregnant as soon as possible so that you have a healthy pregnancy.  If you’re starting to think you may be because your period isn’t coming, be sure to schedule a doctors appointment so that you can find out 100%.

There are a lot of things that can separate you from a healthy pregnancy and an unhealthy pregnancy.  If you may be skeptical, be sure to avoid all alcohol, cigarette smoke, and any other bad habits you may have.  Having a healthy pregnancy in the beginning (first trimester) is most important because so many things takes place with development.

If you know that you’re pregnant and you’d like to prepare for the road ahead, I highly suggest you get a pregnancy book.  These are very helpful when it comes to explaining symptoms, what the future holds, and what to expect week by week.
