Sometimes whether we expected it or not, we get pregnant. There are a lot of planned births out there, and there are also a lot of unexpected births. Regardless of your case, there are certain symptoms to look out for if you suspect that you may be pregnant. It is important to find out if you are our not early in the pregnancy, to avoid doing any damage to the baby. Babies grow at a very rapid pace, and you don’t want to affect the baby in any way. What are some of the symptoms?
Implantation Bleeding – Implantation bleeding is known to be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. After about 6-12 days after conception, the embryo will implant itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
Delay/Difference - If you see a difference or a delay in your menstrual cycle, you may know that something is up. Most periods are somewhat regular so when yours isn’t it may be a sign.
Breasts - Often, your breasts will be very tender and maybe even swollen.
Tired - Are you feeling more tired than usual? Most early pregnancies will bring tiredness and fatigue along with it. So, if you’re feeling a little more tired than usual, keep that in mind.
Backaches/Headaches - It happens to all of us when we don’t feel 100%, but most early pregnancies bring along aches in our back and head. The sudden rise of hormones is what causes these aches.
Food Craving - Us woman always seem to crave food, but if you’re craving food more than usual, or odd things you usually wouldn’t be craving, this may also be a sing that you’re pregnant.
If how you’re feeling matches a lot of these symptoms, congratulations you may be pregnant! These are common symptoms for almost every woman, and if you’re heading in this direction, it is a good idea to get a pregnancy test as well!
