Baby Feeding Chart – 10 to 12 Months

I’m sure you’re happy to see your little one eating more and more foods.  Seeing which ones they like and which ones they don’t is always fun!  If your baby is 10-12 months of age, be sure to check out our chart to see their feeding schedule.  Also, be sure to check out these homemade baby food books!

AGE WHAT SHOULD THEY BE EATING? HOW MUCH? SIGNS OF READINESS
10 Months

Formula/breastmilk, rice cereal, fruits and vegetables, soft finger foods, soft dairy foods, and proteins like pureed meats, and eggs.

Also, non-citrus juices like apple and pear are OK too.

Up to 1/4 cup of each of the following:

Dairy, cereal, fruits, finger foods, vegetables, and proteins.

Limit 4 ounces of non-citrus juices as well.

You must also get the OK from your baby’s physician.

11 Months

Formula/breastmilk, pasteurized dairy products, cereals, fruit cut up in small bites, soft cooked vegetables, finger foods, and pureed meats as well as non-citrus juice.

 

Up to 1/4 cup of each:

Dairy, cereal, fruits, finger foods, vegetables, and proteins.

Limit 4 ounces of juice as well.

Is trying to use a spoon themself, has more teeth, no longer pushes food out with tounge, and swallows more easily.

You must also get the OK from your baby’s physician.

12 Months
