Once we have a baby, we realize just how costly it can be. We were told that from the start, but really who knew it’d be this expensive? From the costs of even having the baby to completing the baby nursery, we’ve spent a good chunk of change. Although, some of us have realized which items are a must, and which items you can actually go without and not waste your money on. So, which items can your baby not go without? Continue reading below to find out!
Car Seat – If you want your little one to be safe in the car, they MUST have a car seat. It’s actually against the law to place your baby just on the seat. So, strap them in, and ride with them in the car the safe way. We have a whole bunch of different car seats to choose from on our website!
Crib – Your baby must have a place to sleep at night or even during the day. This space is known to be theirs, and comforts them when they are laying down. So, get them a crib that is comfortable, and let them stay in their comfort zone.
Bouncy/Vibrating Chair – Okay, we can’t hold them the entire day, even if we want to. We need a safe place to set them down. Not to mention, a spot that won’t make them cry but will instead distract them and keep them from crying. Getting a bouncy or vibrating chair keeps them calm when you’re not able to hold them.
Baby Monitor – If you want to sleep in ease, you should really get a baby monitor. You can set this by you throughout the entire day and make sure your little one isn’t crying and is breathing properly. Since we can’t be watching them 24/7 this is a good way to make sure they’re doing okay (especially at night.)
Pack n’ Play – So, your little one may be starting to crawl or even try to walk on their own. At this time, there is nothing better than the pack n’ play. If they don’t want to be held, or be sitting down let them wander around in their pack n’ play. This will keep them safe if we have to run in the other room for just a quick second! Not to mention it can turn into a bassinet in just a few minutes! We know they can’t go too far in there!
As you can see, there are a few things you just don’t want your baby to go without, let alone you. These allow your baby to be safe, entertained when we can’t be there for every second, and keep them happy. There are a few items you can skip out on, but these are highly recommended by parents just like you!
