Features:  There are a lot of great features to consider in a car seat.  I highly recommend a 5-point harness, cup holders, the LATCH system, machine washable fabric, and many other convenient things.  Take a look at the car seats you’re interested in and compare the features with other seats.  You will then know what you want and what you’re looking for.

Price:  Make sure you get a good price on the car seat.  You will find that some brands are extremely expensive while others offer almost the same quality for a much cheaper price.

Reviews:  Reviews are what is most important to me.  I like to hear what other people think about products before I buy them.  You may find that the most expensive car seat is the most disliked seat while others love the cheaper one.  I say if the seat has higher than a 3.5 star out of 5 you’re doing pretty good.  Anything higher than that is excellent, while anything lower, you may have to worry!
